We work on the planning and management of ship­ments for the nuclear industry, the storage of radioactive mate­rials at the company site and deve­loping com­ponents and con­tainers for the trans­por­tation and storage of such mate­rials.

For the long-term streng­t­hening and expansion of our “Irra­diated and Other Radioactive Mate­rials” business unit we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/o)

Your tasks and respon­si­bi­lities

  • Acqui­sition of customer orders and new customers
  • Account management for your area of respon­si­bility
  • Cla­ri­fying customer inquiries with internal depart­ments and external ent­ities and partners
  • Hosting and par­ti­ci­pating in project-related mee­tings
  • Creating logistics and trans­por­tation con­cepts
  • Inde­pendent management of pro­jects
  • Che­cking the cost-effec­tiveness of pro­jects
  • Coor­di­nating and managing mee­tings with customers, sup­pliers and public aut­ho­rities
  • Assisting the manager of the business unit in adhering to the budget

Your Profile

  • You have com­pleted a freight for­warding or indus­trial management spe­cialist appren­ti­ceship and ideally have an under­standing of tech­nical matters
  • You have several years’ pro­fes­sional expe­rience (pre­ferably in the inter­na­tional freight for­warding industry)
  • Your strengths include working deter­mi­nedly and inde­pendently and ana­ly­tical thinking
  • Natu­rally, you work reliably, con­fi­dently and care­fully
  • Effi­cient com­mu­ni­cation and working in a team are a matter of course for you
  • You have a high wil­lingness to learn as well as initiative and self-moti­vation
  • You have a good know­ledge of spoken and written English – a know­ledge of French would be advan­ta­geous
  • You are willing to travel on business both at home and abroad
  • Your per­sonal profile is rounded off by very good com­puter skills (MS Office)
  • as well as by a pro­nounced ability to work in a team, com­mu­nicate and resolve con­flicts with internal depart­ments and external ent­ities
